Subject: Cheap & Good Eats?

It seems all places to eat are very pricey on Sanibel. Can anyone suggest some cheaper eats for a couple there for a week? Will be celebrating Bday/anniversary and want to save our $$$ for that night most of all. Heard good things about an Italian place for a bday dinner. Also where is a good place for Bday cake? Any suggestions? Thanks for any info:)
