Subject: Where to Stay/what to do...first time.

We are looking to come to Sanibel in June. Where should we stay. We have a 15 month old daughter and have been looking online for a place.

We want to stay somewhere on the beach, nice, but now terribly expensive. I have noticed that most places are rated 3 stars and we are used to more of a resort atmosphere...which I know we are not going to get in Sanibel. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also, what should we do while there? Is a week too long to stay? We will have our daughter so the things need to be child friendly. Where to shell?

Where should we eat?
