Subject: Thinking of going to SSH - encouragement needed!

I hope you don't mind me posting, as I'm not a grad yet, but I plan to be. Have been struggling with drinking for about 14 yrs, but have managed to maintain a high-pressure job and as I live alone I can hide my drinking pretty easily. Have felt things sliding in the past year though, with time off work and just not feeling mentally with-it all the time. I've been researching SSH and have read "Drink Up" which both reassured me about results, as well as freaking me out a bit (Duffy's). I would really appreciate hearing some of your stories and any encouragement you can provide about taking the step to attend SSH. Thank you!
