What kind of budget should we shoot for with this film? I mean, can this be done on a straight to DVD budget? Is the story strong enough to carry the "GFD" storyline without all the special effects and camera equipment?

I'm sure that we could do it without a bunch of big name actors, but can we manage to pull it off without decent effects, fight choreography, location permits, etc?
