In a story that I wrote for the first GFD story contest I did just that. Max ended up turning my main character while he was dying and begging for salvation just so that he could exact revenge on the vampires that had killed his parents. I think if the person has a good idea of what was going to happen and was pleading with me to save their life, I'd feel rather compelled to help them. As long as they were worth saving. I'm not quite sure about an unconscious person though. I don't think I would do that unless I really knew them and knew what they would want. That would have to be very situation dependent though. No need to put absolutes to it. That's just me though.
