As i said it depends on the person me for example has practically been to heck and back because oe all the problems my dad had caused. that made me relieze that the world is dark and cruel. i was 10 at that time and if i could escape i would.Plus I think that given certain factors as age doesnt matter since our brain and experiences can surpass our body in growth like nothing. so Halflings who chose to change must of known what they where doing.Beside its not like the unhalfs can change them back.
