My very brief kilt was in fact a wrap around tartan mini skirt, worn with frilly panties, white pelerine socks and Mary Jane sandals. I had to wear this outfit straight away after a spanking. I would wear this attire for two or three days before going back into my little shortalls. I always received a reminder spanking at the end of my petticoating. Though even when in my shorts and shortalls I still had to wear pelerine socks and Mary Jane sandals.

It was all about control and discipline.
