So, Jose, if I understand your reasoning, we should only have rules about things that are life threatening? How about someone stealing from you. That doesn't threaten your life. Should it be allowed? How about all the other things in life that don't threaten life, but which allow us to live in a society of people who cooperate and get along? Should we just get rid of all those because they don't immediately threaten life? (Consider: litter, grafitti, smoking, driving in any direction and at any speed, stealing, using someone else's property without permission, etc.)
