Very good thoughts. When cars were invented there were no rules and not many roads. People drove wherever they wanted and however they wanted (including whatever speed they wanted). Society found that this wouldn't work for long with more cars on the road all the time, so now we have speed limits, roads, signs, lots of rules and even a whole bunch of people whose only job is to watch what people do while driving (cops). Do you think in the future we'll need similar rules (maybe not as intense or as many as the ones for driving) for cell phone use in public?
