I think cellphones should be allowed at certain times and places. I don't think people should drive and talk on the phone, but when their walking or doing something else that won't disturb other peoples privacy, then they should be able to talk on the phone. Basicly cellphones are apart of the 21st century and people should stop trying to band them from everyday society because they're here to stay.
