Subject: ORDER OF RUNNING AND CANCELLATION OF COMPETITIONS

19.1.1. Organisers must prepare timetables of their competitions and send copies to teachers who have submitted entries or whom the organisers consider likely to submit entries.

19.1.2. Timetables must be provided in good time prior to the dates of competitions and must show the scheduled time of commencement of each competition or at least the time of commencement of the different age-groups included in the syllabus.

19.1.3. Organisers must send copies of timetables as soon as they are available to the Secretary of An Coimisi�n and to the Regional Dancing Authority unless timetables have already been furnished in conjunction with the syllabus.

19.2.1. Organisers may, if they so wish, cancel a solo, two-hand or three-hand competition in Bun-ghr�d or Me�n-ghr�d in which there is not at least four entries. Where such competitions are held, i.e. of four competitors or less, a Regional dance Authority, or An Coimisi�n in its absence, may authorise the winner to compete again in any competition for that particular dance in the same grade.

19.2.2. Organisers may not cancel a zteam competition (other than a two-hand or three-hand competition) in which at least two teams are entered.
