導師：謝秀嫻女士 (多年打坐經驗的信徒，曾到日本耶穌會和道明會神父學習修煉，對個人靜坐靈修甚感興趣，希望藉著課程與參加者分享打坐靈修的好處。)
課程內容 : 學習入定安靜，進而經歷與上主建立共融的關係。歡迎初學者或想進深操練人士參加。

注意事項：
穿鬆身便服/休閒服。
太飽或太餓也不適宜打坐。
傷患不能盤膝坐者，可坐在椅子上正襟危坐。
