joo - first fuck up? umm, if you say so. this bill is designed to be a jumpstart, not a longterm fix. the main infrastructure and "new new deal" bill is in the works and will include a few more dollars for new roads/bridges/shit.

all - we need a new board. pronto. joo, do not click on any links posted by people named "online carisoprodol" or "cheap accutane" on the new board, as none of us are named that. kisses.
