I have minimal skillz besides movie quoting and cunnilingus. I know at some point I need to move out of the printing industry, but I hope that time isn't now. Is it dying, yes, but it's a a slow death thusfar.

The outlook may be good for me if I'm kept on (likely, in my opinion). I'm respected by my boss (he's mentored me the last few years) and am seen as a "leader" by most of my peers. I've also been asked to be on a few project implementations, so they realize my forward thinking. I am young, especially for my department. There are 5-10 employees with 25+ years.
