The south Pacific country of Samoa has switched to left-side driving.

It says the change is good for Samoans because now they can import cheaper cars from left-hand drive countries such as Australia, New Zealand and Japan.

No major confusion has been reported so far, but there is still concern about traffic safety during the transition.
