Mr. Thomae:This is in regards to your reponse posting you put on this site. We want to make it clear that you sold us a 17500.00 mudbog truck that you knew had to have had problems with it. First of all us coming back at you now is because when the truck was delivered to us, it was not used in that race season. It has sat in an enclosed garage for the last 7 months and we are just now starting to go through it to get it ready for the 2009 season. There are 3 pistons in the truck that looks like a bolt or metal object that was pounding against the piston. We are also having to re-do the heads because what ever happened to the pistons also happened to the heads. We understand refreshing a motor but not having to replace high dollar parts on a truck that you said has been raced 20 times. We tried to call and talk to you about this situation in a civil matter and you chose to hang up the phone, and blame us for the damage, even though we have not raced the truck yet. Then we go back to an email that was sent to you regarding the cost of the ladder bar and you also chose to ignore that. We also have tried to email you regarding where the motor has been taken care of so we have a place to call to get specs that were done on the engine and again no response. Oh I'm sorry you said you gave the specs and when we emailed you back to get more information you keep declining to email back. It seems now that you got your 17,000 for this truck, that we have become a nuisance. You can go to whatever authority you would like with the emails, but when you choose to hang up the phone, rather than listen to what we are asking, it seems now to be your problem and not ours. We are trying to work with you, but you are choosing not to do the same. This is not in anyway defamation of character, this is the truth. I do not think we are the ones being unreasonable here. It's tough to talk to someone when you are making accusations that "WE" did something to the truck even though the truck has sat since we have gotten it. I look forward to hearing from you. To bad there was no way to include pictures in this posting, but I will make sure to forward them to you personally. Thank You

- I sold this for a friend, so anything I said was second hand information. I answered every single email I got from you all. I also did answer about the ladder bar deal and you said no big deal cause it was cheap. Now you bring that back up? Fix it and race it! Good Luck. --

- You guy's can't be serious. You are asking us to believe that you bought a truck 7 months ago. And you never even started it when you got it home? You waited 7 months to do anything with it? C'mon! Turn it around guy's. Lets say you sold something, like a car. And 7 months later, the new owner calls you telling you the engine blew up and you should warranty it. If you do, you sir are an idiot. Many, many things can happen in 7 months. For you to come on here and badmouth one of the most honest and stand up racers in all of South Texas is just plain stupid. Like everyone else said. Fix your truck and get to racing. No one here is liable or responsible for anything that happened to YOUR truck. --
