Yeah, I see what your saying. Probably not a good idea to start off really high like that because that would probably make cravings "stronger," if I'm right lol. I actually don't know if I've ever had a craving so I can't say anything on that.
Also about the problem smoking in/out of the house. I actually go to the side of my house where no one can really see, only people drving and a few houses. If I jus put something to the left of me and try to hide myself, no one can really see, so I got that fixed.
And yeah, I'm jus really scared to tell my parents because it's like I've always been that "good girl" and have never really been in trouble, and have always played thru out my whole school career, so I think it would be wierd and shocking to them that I smoke. Also, I've actually been realy anti-smoking (up until about my freshman year of HS) and would always tell my mom she needs to quit, and I would always tell her that I don't really like it when she smokes around me, and she still thinks today that I think like that. It would be very shocking to her if she found out I smoked. I'm just really scared about that.
But Linda, what would be your best suggestion, start out with 1 or 2 a day for a week or so? Then add 1 in every week or what would you say? I'm kind of confused on what exactly I should do because I don't want to get hooked really badly, right off the bat, but I also want to be able to smoke. But like I said if something does develop, then I will just accept it and deal with it. and Also I would like to know what craving's feel like, because I can't say I've experienced any because I dont really know what they're like. THANKS LINDA!
