Hey Linda -

Sorry the first response is from one of the "regulars" but I am sure others will jump in! Since I am new to this, I do not have as much of an experience base, but I find that smoking relaxes me when I am in the mood for it to. When I take my walks in the woods, it is to relax, I am in that frame of mind, and the cigarette seems to help in that particular setting. Regarding your issue, I had a different reaction to a similar situation this week. I have been working on a project that requires using the old brain cells, and I actually feel that the cigarette or two I have as I have sat down and worked on it the last few days seems to really keep me alert and moving along rapidly. I do not know if others have had this experience, but it seems to really keep me rolling...
