Existe otro Michael Pagano que, como el ex de Dayana, parece ser italiano. Bien Mortadella Italian Style. Es masculino, musculoso y relativamente guapo, pero abiertamente gay. Quizá sea una confusión de looks romanos y nombres. Cualquiera sea la situación, me parece bien que Dayana tenga "su hombre".
