Subject: Dios mío… Vivianie en esa foto se ve sin cuello, y ese traje parece un pastel mal envuelto; luce bien desproporcionada. Otro punto: al infame que le puso los fillers a Kiara Liz Ortega lo deben encerrar en un calabozo. ¿Cómo es posible que le hayan dañado la cara a una Miss Puerto Rico tan bella?   • Se entiende cuando una figura pública llega a cierta edad y se le nota que se rellenó el rostro, porque más vale el relleno que las arrugas y las carnes guindando. Dicha celebridad no tiene, prácticamente, ninguna opción. Pero con Kiara no existía razón y, por ende, no hay consuelo. Ella, con su cara ultra femenina y linda, cual Virgen María, y tan jovencita que se ve, para ahora quedar medio “trana” por la mandíbula cuadrada y cougar-looking por el harshness que causa el relleno.
