 Being so new to pageants, I have no idea how this works...Are the overall winners at the first prelim supposed to try and make it to the other prelims? Or is it only for last year's state winners?

Yes - Prelim winners are encouraged to attend prelims and represent their preliminary titles.Nicole09:26:19 02/11/08 Mon
