To be fair, I did push. Their form thingie had two columns - one of things I did well and one of points for improvement. There were loads in the things I did well column and only one thing in the points for improvement - and it was very small (I should have written a definition on the board rather than just say it out loud).

They went through all this, said it was an excellent lesson and then said they'd given me a "very high 2". So I said if it's excellent, why isn't it a 1. And they said "well, I'm happy for it to go down as a 1"

Well why didn't you give me a 1 in the first place then?

Nonetheless, now I feel my 1 is not quite as fab as it should have been because I had to ask for it.
