We talked about that- that he just sort of shrugged it off in a way and he said at the time of course he didn't, but that he was just used to it being part of his life. He has some hair raising stories about his past, but to him it's just his life though he has expressed to me more than once how grateful they are to have peace now (well, relatively speaking). - My church recently sponsored a benefit concert for a group that provides musical instruments and instruction to children from war-torn countries. This organization continues to work with kids in Northern Ireland, along with Bosnia and other countries. When I remember the name of it, I'll send you the link. Their mission is very interesting.
