Thank God for re-reads and discussions, even if I'm not the most active participant. I have to confess, I didn't get the whole 'set up' scheme on my first read. I understood more as the chapters went on but at this point? no clue what the plan was :-) I do remember not liking or trusting Emma in the beginning of the chapter (that was probably more jealousy...on Pamela's behalf of course *g*), like WHY does Casey have to take her, why was she not more upset at her friends death etc. At the end when she got in Love's car, I felt sorry for her - I didn't get the feeling she enjoyed (nor wanted) doing whatever Love was making her do to Casey. -- Cindy's Cottage
