What did he think of her sleeping with Love to save her husband? I realize murder is a tad more serious than adultrey, but if he saw that she was capable of one for love why would he be shocked to learn she was capable of the other. I don't think Pamela had any other choice than to do what she did - I like to think of it as just passing on some info. Though everyone was pretty certain what the outcome of that action would be, it wasn't guaranteed, the Basarelli made a choice and acted, he could've chose another path.
