I took it to mean Casey owes Robin, at least in Robin's mind. It's almost as if there are several Robin's -- the cold-blooded killer we met in "The Scotsman's Lament", the jovial but volatile man Casey plays cards with and the damaged, angry yet basically good-hearted young man he was friend's with growing up. -- Cindy's Cottage

That's what I thought at first too Carla, then I'm thinking of their history and trying to figure out/understand what Casey owes him for? I haven't re-read that far yet, so I'm just going on memory..which admittedly sucks lately, but I definitely remember an instance where Robin might feel guilty about his actions towards or involving Casey.
