Subject: Can I go on record again as saying that this photo really grabs me? It's supposed to represent Pamela's skin, as defined by Casey at the end of the chapter. I just love the raindrops - in the sunlight! - and those two little pink buds in the background. Again, borrowed from the internets, as Al Gore once referred to the web.

  • I'm thinking the debt is more about Casey disowning him and taking away the only real family that he has rather than about Melissa. He even says he thought Casey didn't love her. But Casey did love him as a brother and I think it would be hard to forgive or forget that someone just walked away from that bond b/c of something you did on an impulse or worse b/c or some outsider they only had a passing fancy with.
