Free at last. bought in 2001 stopped paying maintenance 2007, recieved all the threatening letters including land registry document and court action , ignored all entered into no correspondence and this year,2009, recieved letter kicking me out RESULT!!!
The letter states "Please be advied that due to non-payment of maintenance fees, we have been authorised to serve notice that your membership will be cancelled within the next seven days and all current and future rights to ownership will absolutely cease under the terms & conditions of your agreement"
Read as many of the non payment messages as are posted and make your own mind up it worked for us just takes time and conviction. Good Luck
