found your site, while I was looking for information on CPO owners, it seems I can't see anything for 2010, I'm a fellow owner and have been for last 10 years, I was also calmed by the old timeshare scratch card trick, I have been paying my maintenance regularly, I've tried to sell it, with no success, having read some of your threads it seems that,I just need to stop paying. and my right in saying that??
About three years ago, I was contacted by CPO, they ask me would I consider moving my floating week for a fixed week, obviously this was going to cost me, and I stupidly paid a thousand pounds, for a fixed week, when I visited this apartment, to my surprise nothing had changed with the decor, and design since I purchased my floating week, seven years previously, obviously that was a load of lies, from what I can read fixed weeks are no longer available,one con after another,!!! any comments would be appreciated.!!
