 Thanks J (free it can happen) I was about to reply to Petchey Leisure following letter chasing maintenance payment and subsequent letter from their legal dept. if payment not received court proceedings will be issued, so have decided to ignore all. I don't care if it takes a couple of years if it means I am rid. Fingers crossed!
