Nothings new is it ?

We are Yet again another set of owners who can't sell. CPO staff are positively unhelpful - refusing to give info becuase of data protection !!!!

We were conned ten years ago and never ever told we had any cooling off or changing mind period. Did anyone else get atken to an orange grove for a day trip - was this the last day for cooling off ??

We were never told that fees would double in first year and went berserk - have all letters etc re this. Also told we could rent/swap whenever, - have half a photocopy re rentals with back bits telling you that you could only swap in your own period all missing. WE were told we could always get our money back on resale and if we kept it long enough could possibly make a profit.!!!!!!!!!!!

Keep getting told now that sellers do not work for CPO and if they lie then its just too bad - well have found CPO advert for timeshare sales people today on the web !!!!!

We were told that they NEVER re-posses and that they will take us to court every year for each years maintenance.

Final straw this year 2005 was - we were phoned by a salesman from the site and offered a summer week rental in a studio for �150 - we took up this offer and arrived to find no accomodation - manager couldn't care less, shuttle bus driver said it was always hapenning. Each dept of CPO blamed another but always said - but this is nothing to do with CPO (its the marketing company - its the hotel mgt etc) Eventually they found us a studio which was disguting and the site was awful - looked out on roughground - rubbish dumped etc.

ANYONE BEEN PROSECUTED YET ?????????Urgent replied appreciated as we are just starting to get the threatening letters.
