My husband and I have just been suckered into this and it is only when you get home and read bad press about timeshare that the brains starts to work again, we have done something that we said we would never do, buy timeshare. We were not told it was a resale until I phoned them up and they told me. How do we get out of this mess? What legal rights do we have?

The hard sell is by giving all the hype to RCI and not to the resort, it does not matter what week or size of property you get, you can just pay a little extra if you need something larger, you can go anywhere in the world. These people should be stopped. Is there anyone out there that has had a good experience, has all there what seems to be lies come true?

Has anyone taken the free accomodation that was won on the scratch card?
