Lynn, join the multitude of the conned. The only rights you have are if you can show that they are guilty of gross misrepresentation, and get a refund from your credit card company under section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974. If you are successful in doing that, CPO might even TRY to take you to court, but don't be too worried about that.

I guess there must be some satisfied people out there, it's just that you get to see the bad side on the notice boards, because the satisfied people have no need to come here.

The general concensus here seems to be that CPO are a set of lying, cheating ba***rds. This is confirmed in one of their many phone calls to me where they insist they operate within the law.

They showed great delight in the fact that we had fallen for their lies. What they don't know is that the conversation is on tape (they will know if they read this).
