We got conned with a resale. Told from the outset that it wasn't a resale. Ended up in an area of the site we insisted we would not entertain, like yourselves, given no option. They are now saying there would be no fee involved to allocate suitable apartment if it's available, but you've obviously discovered the truth.

It seems that most people that are conned are so vain, they don't want to admit it in public, or they're scared of these as**oles.

They will only try to take you to court if you successfully get a refund from your credit card company.

The Algarve is a beautifull place, but have you noticed all the hot air balloons that circle above CPO.
