Read all about them on http://www.crimeshare.cc/index.html. I cancelled a month after signing. I got their package late, and it was on reading it and checking that I realised we had been done. If they are a timeshare and they don't tell you about a cooling off period which is 10 days in Portugal, it appears that you have 3 months. As you know, there was no mention of any cooling off period, but they lie like hell and say it doesn't apply to them.

They get away with it because the local law (if there is any?!) and EU Regulations are not being enforced, the whole lot should be locked up and closed down by the Portugese authorities.
