In the past a girl did a pageant to represent the festival and fall in love with the people. I feel now many girls use the pageants as a prelim to Queen of Queens or a trip to D.C. I know there are some out there that want to make a difference I just wish there were more of these girls now. I also feel that the judging is lax and that girls don't have to prepare anymore. I am upset at this because I feel Louisiana needs QUEENS who want to make a difference now more than ever and not just be a crown chaser. JMHO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
