真的嗎! [冷時身體自然熱起來，太熱時也不會覺得熱]?
會有這般奇效嗎,都只聽說靈芝能治癌症、腫瘤、增強免疫力的......
還有這冬暖夏涼的好康能力? 嗯,在冬天嘗試一下加劑量吧,

而且多運動以助氣血循環達標,要在不太忙的季度才能實行.....

藍莓素非貪嘴,長期電腦工作,保護好眼睛是必須的,
眼部是最脆弱又難於遮蔽的地方,為了不妨礙視線清晰&視野角度,
印堂眉輪是最難屏蔽之點......鴨王有好建議提供嗎?

不過若果美猴連眉輪都屏蔽掉,這"寒冬"MACAU真的不好待了,
剛才夜深又有大隊打鑼敲鼓的聖像出遊,這陣子各門各派已出遊過不知多少次了.....
[血氧充足,心情愉快] 可惜的是污濁大氣中的氧份奇缺,何來血中含氧......
嘛∼ 總之大家自求多福∼ 小猴可不想再平白受箭呢∼ ￣▽￣
