If its too good to be true then........ well. Mugabe will not step down they simply have way too much to loose.

Mugabe has made it clear that if the election goes against him, or he is otherwise forced from office, he and his followers "will return to the bush." This election isn't the beginning of the end, but rather the beginning of yet another potential bloodbath. One of the only hopes is for the neighboring countries to deny aid to Mugabe if that happens. I hope the world is watching what's happening there, because the Republic of South Africa is spinning down to the same thing. The "Party Of Liberation" is about to be turned out of office if the Democratic Alliance continues to grow.

So again, the fundamental question arises, are black Africans actually capable of governing themselves, of the complexities of democracy, and managing nation states?
