Subject: How to get a Rhodesian Visa?

I was going through my dad's stuff today and found his original enlistment papers he filled out from 1977, I have also found a non-filled out copy, which i have scanned and filled out, i was woundering if i can send them to the Embassy??? Do you still accept foreign volunteers?
