] Date Posted: 19:38:08 01/08/08 Tue so heavy… yesterday, I heard the faint voice of Autumns muse, upon Summers burning breath ~ and though I ached to respond, my mind so utterly swollen from months of thought, without release, I slumped here, in my twilight chair, lacking the strength to lift a pen, the humid air, my sticky garment, it weighs so heavy and thickens my tongue till autumn lies trapped, behind arid lips and the parchment before me, cracks open bone-dry and screaming to gorge itself, on poetry, but all I want is water… Sasha ‘08 [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] |
