] Date Posted: 21:00:30 01/14/08 Mon Kaleidoscope Me (a villanelle) My colors change and swirl in multicolored streams like a butterfly garden display. I am a kaleidoscope of lovers' dreams. Like a carousel of ponies, painted pastel themes, sometimes my moods are soft and fey. My colors change and swirl in multicolored streams. When passion surges through me and like a storm it screams, it finds my gentle thoughts in disarray. I am a kaleidoscope of lovers' dreams. Sometimes I am delighted by teasing lover's schemes. Bathed in the colors of laughter and play, my colors change and swirl in multicolored streams. I often stand awash in friendship's golden beams aswirl with hues whose names I cannot say. I am a kaleidoscope of lovers' dreams. In the azure of my eyes a hint of mischief gleams. Seldom do my blue skies turn to grey. My colors change and swirl in multicolored streams.
