 I would loan her the money as said. If she was in my care, since she has no money, I would accept payment of a hairbrush delivered to you.

As soon as she hands you the brush, she should bare herself and get in place without hesitation. This should be done weekly, say between the hour of x, and the hour of y. With no prior talk of what day or time it is.

If she fails to report and hour y is present or past, then bare her and double the spanks. Plus a spanking the next day as punishment for "late payment".

This will be a good way to promote a well kept balance budget, thus building stability and trust.

Pawn shops, loan sharks, and banks would treat her no better, and in many ways worse.
