 Cocking his speckled head to one side, the Appaloosa showed every bit of confusion that he was dealing with internally.

"Is it such a bad thing that you caught another's eye?" he queried, genuinely curious. This mare was throwing him for a loop. None of the prancing shenanigans that one expected to see when attempting to attract a mate. That alone was almost priceless to the black on white stallion.
