At the sub-atomic level of the physical universe quantum physics indicates a multifarious gap or division in the causal chain; particles to which position cannot be assigned at all times, systems that pass from one energy state to another without manifestation in intermediate states, entities without mass, fields whose substance is as insubstantial as "a probability." In fact, prospecti from the former company were in his hands until a friend inadvertently sent the wrong box to the dump. When my contact attempted to replace the lost paperwork, he found that the Billings company had disappeared from the phone company records within 3 weeks of a national talk radio show that had just spoken of the technology. The latter (Lear) company had 6 test cars in the Fresno police department, my other friend rode in one of those cars and watched as the officers placed a water hose in the gas tank opening and 'filled 'er up'. I later learned that the key to the process was in the carburation... there was a plate of lithium in the carburator -- when water comes into contact with the plate it breaks into the constituent components hydrogen and oxygen... then, is safely burned in the internal combustion engine producing clean water vapour 'exhaust'. WITH NO HINDENBURG concerns, because hydrogen was never stored in the Pinto gas tanks ready and primed for explosive rear-endings! The Research also tracked down the purchasers of the patents from the 2 corporations... they have, not surprisingly, been held since the 70's by Royal Dutch Shell and Exxon... You correctly stated that it has been around for several decades. Up to now, the PTB have successfully squelched each recent attempt to forward a new iteration of the technology. We recently learned that earlier this year or late 2003, a Sacramento, CA based group was actively pursuing the development of a prototype auto fueled by water only. Their efforts were mysteriously terminated and the word from insiders is that they were encouraged NOT to continue. Whoever the suppressor was, they wielded sufficient clout and fear to stop the project cold. We are aware of another inventor in Utah who has working/demonstrable water-as-fuel technology who has received similar "encouragment". He is afraid for his life...should he choose to pursue and promote what he has already demonstrated 10 years ago to be effective and viable. I am appalled by the ignorance of the people about the ongoing efforts to curb and suppress ideas and technology that have the potential to advance civilization as we know it. A recent conversation with a brilliant Silicon Valley software company founder was a good example. He dismissed the notion that anything that life-changing would ever be suppressed. Unfortunately, I was able to refer to the recent violent death of Dr. Eugene Mallove who was championing the cause of cold fusion. The most recent to announce their intentions to capitalize on water-as-fuel (hydrogen) technology is Genesis World Energy. They came on the scene in Dec., 02 and have been making progress ever since. They too, have been the target and victim of hostile interests dedicated to the suppression of such an earth changing technology. They are committed to the project and we unofficially predict that they could enter the market in early-mid 2005 with several hydrogen based products that will rock our world. If any of the above inventor/scientists are successful in bringing their technology to the world market, it will deal a severe blow to the social engineers who have used energy to manipulate and control movement within societies.
