yes mine do go to the floor you don't have to it is easier that way for me .the from of the skirt stays up. it is good no cars we are not allowed cars till our last year.i like no cars helps concentrate on studies.my spankings at home are with the paddle bare bottom at home i need my panties are all the way down.
