Chinea's record for 2001 was 1 Win and 7 Losses with

a 4.04 ERA. This to me, is not an indiation that he

did "well" as the previous message stated.

To be fair, a 4.04 ERA would be good enough for fourth place (out of twelve teams) in team earned run averages this year. It is also better than our current 4.28 ERA. Last year's Cheetah team wasn't exactly the run support squad either - we committed more errors than we scored runs. His numbers may not have be spectacular, but he should be a solid addition to the roster.

I saw three of Julio's losses last year that were direct results of errors. He's got good stuff even though he got cuffed around at Dubois. Maybe it wasn't the best atmosphere for him and maybe that affected his performance. He got suspended so I assume something went on behind the scenes.
But like Chuck Heeman said below, he's most likely going to be better than whoever they can get on the 5th or 6th pick next year.
