Hotels have function rooms for business meetings that usually are available on weekends for reasonable rates.

Your 12 year old could dress in his hotel room, have his ceremony and reception, and feel entirely safe in a controlled environment surrounded by supportive friends and guests of your choosing.

The self expressiveness and personal freedom he will experience will benefit him for a lifetime. He will love it.
