My Stephanie has already gone to a dance at a neighboring high school with a young guy she grew up with. He says he always thought she was really a girl since they were in kindergarten and totally accepts her now. Presently my Stephanie is in high school and in deep stealth. The top school officials are aware as was necessary. We have a homecoming soon and she's already been asked. I can assure you this will be chaperoned. This is a guy from our new neighborhood this time, but I expect the other guy will be hoping for his chance at another time. I don't see a problem as such. My child is transitioning and has been for a couple years already. She looks awesome, even in jeans and a Blackhawks shirt!
