 It was great to stumble upon this post. I recently had to merge some files and spent an enormous amount of time trying to find an appropriate service. Eventually I found a good one. I mostly use AltoMerge to merge PDF files. You can easily merge your documents here http://www.altomerge.com/ and also here http://pdf.ac/2bDp08
