Obviously, MY flag means more to me than just a piece of assembly line polymer. (And, by the way, the only ones I buy are 100% cotton, hand-made in the USA.)

No, I don't think you should worship the military as a god, but one day, when they aren't around any more, you won't even be able to say the word "God'. When that happens, don't thank a veteran. Thank the government that takes away your right to say anything!
I love how you manage to mangle everything I post to suit your needs. All I said was 'ask one of the military persons bearing the Colors what the proper eitquitte is'. You go off on a tangent about worshiping the military and the flag is nothing but a way for Wal Mart to turn a dime. You totally skirted the issue of dollars vs rubles and such. One has to wonder why? No logical response?
